Drop in activities will leave Magnetic Fielders feeling energised, relaxed – and informed while in between sessions, the calming tranquil alcohol free space will serve as a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of festival life.

The Magnetic Sanctuary will demonstrate how ancient knowledge and practises around wellness, health and vitality have evolved and can be assimilated into daily modern life.  

Yoga with Priyanjali

You can expect Priyanjali’s nourishing yoga classes to focus on easing your muscles, building strength and most importantly regulating your breath to create a deeper mind-body connection.

Priyanjali is a yoga teacher, life-long student and psychologist. Her approach to yoga is an amalgamation of non-judgmental awareness and breath regulation.


Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) with Prachi Gangwani

A workshop that will leave you feeling light as a feather and very, very relaxed! Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) is a technique used to release muscular tension caused by stress or anxiety, it is also therapeutic for insomnia. The workshop will be followed by a visualisation and short meditation to end the practice, to invite gratitude and positive change in your life… things that are best achieved when in a state of relaxation and peace. 

Prachi is a trained psychologist, yoga teacher and writer who anchors the show ‘Real Girl Yoga’. She handles the relationships section for iDiva and offers counseling services to a select number of clients.


Mandala Making Workshop with Krishna Khunti

Learn the fun, meditative and creative practise of mandala making with Krishna Khunti. The word ‘mandala’ means ‘circle’ in Sanskrit and represents wholeness. It appears to us in all aspects of life: the earth, the sun, the moon and more obviously the circles of life encompassing friends, family and communities. The process of creating this sacred geometry allows access to the deeper levels of the unconscious mind and promotes release, harmony and unity.

Krishna Khunti is a reiki master and accredited yoga teacher, who conducts classes teaches at festivals and retreats around the world.

Open Group with TATVA

TATVA are hosting an open group in the Sanctuary. A dedicated and relational space for guests to share the diverse experiences of being at a festival. It will be an opportunity to communicate what’s on your mind with other festival goers; shaping the conversation via your own reflections and TATVA’s occasional prompts. The intent of this group will be to foster connection and community. Through listening and empathic feedback, you will share space with others you may otherwise not have a chance to interact with and/or get to know.

TATVA is an international project in Goa that focuses on psychological wellness by combining mental health practices with creative expression, travel experiences, nature-wilderness therapy, social justice and cultural immersion. They are an inclusive and collaborative therapeutic community promoting multifaceted self exploration through unconventional, pioneering and radical approaches to wellbeing.  TATVA are Magnetic Fields’ dedicated welfare partners.



Massage Workshop with Namaste Wellness

Bring a partner or friend along to this hands-on workshop where you will be introduced to the fundamentals of Swedish relaxation massage. You will learn several techniques in how to give a satisfying massage, become confident in giving a hand and foot rub and discover how to release persistent ‘knots’ in the neck and shoulders.

Gwen Wregar is a holistic physiotherapist holding a degree in physiotherapy and a diploma in remedial massage therapy. She has been working as a therapeutic massage therapist and has been teaching Swedish massage to physiotherapy students in the Netherlands. Gwen has explored several other body work modalities including Thai massage, Ayurvedic massage and energy healing techniques.



Hang Therapy with Prasheen Lodhia

In this unique immersion experience, sound is used as a tool to access deeper states of relaxation and consciousness. Using sound patterns and a range of frequencies, Hang Therapy aims to open pathways for the receiver to realign.  This process can stimulate balance in both the physical body and the mind.

Hang Therapy is the first experience of its kind in India. Hosted by Prasheen Lodhia who grew up in Canada and studied the tabla. In 2009 he encountered a rare steel instrument known as the hang and has been exploring the magic of its sound ever since.




Tea Whispering with Anandini Himalaya Tea

In this workshop, second generation tea sommelier Anamika Singh will teach you everything you need to know about making perfect tea, the art of steeping tea for health and wellness and of course there will be lots of tea tasting!

A Tea drinker by birth and a tea-taster by profession, Anamika Singh has introduced new infusions with a mix of natural flowers and herbs to the Indian market. Having launched her own brand ‘Anandini Himalaya Tea’ she conducts tea tasting ceremonies, conferences and events in India. Her real love is Tea.
