In 2019, Delhi-based musicians and long-time Eno fans Shiv Ahuja and Jayant Manchanda started making 'Songs For A Tired City'. The idea was to look back at some of the sounds they grew up with and brew them in Delhi sauce. It's some sort of ambient, post-punk, industrial tape music for a city that's like an itch you just cannot stop scratching. The music invokes longing for a past they never actually experienced and a sense of disquiet for a future they don't really want to experience.
